Xorg crash in 6.0_BETA

I've just switched from modular Xorg (X server only!) to recent xsrc
from netbsd-6
and got the following on x86-64 (everything from src was also updated).
Is this known problem?

Fonts: a lot of them from pkgsrc are used, none from /usr/X11R7.
Xorg doesn't have debugging info, so, I cannot say more.
