RE: formating a large disk
Also I don't need to boot from this large volume.. I have a ssd 120gb as
system volume and using the raid/ccd0 disks as data disk

Sorry by errors I meant I don't get the required disk size.. I have
attached pictures..
I tried using hardware raid and had the same issue. The bios and dmesg
shows correct size however using fdisk gives me 1.4Tb only
I also tried using GPT today and get the following error Operation not
supported by device.. for /dev/dk1 I am on 6.1 and MAKEDEV does create
/dev/dk* so maybe im missing a step I used the step in this url
http://www.netbsd.org/~mishka/gptboot/howto.html to setup the disk using
GPT
