Found this info for FreeBSD + general background info on
similar drives: http://www.sysop.ca/archives/208 Would need to find the NetBSD equivalents of the FreeBSD
commands, may or may not exist. I had the hardware (Fibre channel + some generic disk shelf)
but never had time to try it. After buying a 1 TB disk for $51.00 recently, messing with a
75 pound, loud, energy burning, rack disk shelf that provided 180 (some
failing) GB, just was not practical. Will take a photo of it before it goes in the metal
