FYI, same issue with weechat (from pkgsrc current cvs), on evbarm (RPI3, v8.0 release):

After a successful make on weechat-2.1 package and dependencies :

assertion "type == AT_SECURE" failed: file "common/compat.c", line 801, function "getauxval"

I don’t know how to add this to PR #53387 and #53386 but I guess the problem lies in a few others packages so…. Here you go.
