For one of the packages failing in the builk build - xz:


The builkbuild log shows

    ===> Creating toolchain wrappers for xz-5.6.3
    ERROR: libiconv>=1.9.1 is not installed; can't buildlink files.

However, if I build it manually, I can build it without installing
libiconv.

So how is the dependency creeping into only the bulk builds?
