Whoops, thanks for the reminder! There is a problem when py-curses
is built with `CURSES_TYPE=curses' on NetBSD (that's the default
on netbsd-8 and -current) and unfortunately I wasn't able to properly
investigate that. I have added a TODO about that.
IMHO it's better to not import rtv before fixing that problem.
