duplicate packages pdns and pdns2

Hi,

there are two packages for PowerDNS in pkgsrc-wip, pdns (PowerDNS 2.9.8)
and pdns2 (PowerDNS 2.9.20). There is also pdns2-gmysql which relies on
pdns2.

I suppose on of the packages should be removed.
