Yes, this used to happen to my Qube 2 quite frequently under 4.0.  It
was doing NAT between my network and the cable modem.

It was quite frustrating!  I never figured out the problem, so
eventually I bought a Linksys router.  The problem stopped
immediately.

As suggested previously, maybe this is relevant to the Galileo driver for the Qube2 specific hardware?

If at all useful, I can dig out my Qube2 for testing ...
