Aaahh!
That was execatly the command I could not recall. It shows:

root:/root # disklabel raid0
disklabel: Invalid signature in mbr record 0
# /dev/rraid0d:
type: RAID
disk: raid
label: fictitious
flags:
bytes/sector: 512
sectors/track: 128
tracks/cylinder: 8
sectors/cylinder: 1024
cylinders: 156334
total sectors: 160086400
rpm: 3600
interleave: 1
trackskew: 0
cylinderskew: 0
headswitch: 0 # microseconds
track-to-track seek: 0 # microseconds
drivedata: 0

4 partitions:
# size offset fstype [fsize bsize cpg/sgs]
 a: 155892096 0 4.2BSD 2048 16384 28832 # (Cyl. 0 - 152238*)
 b: 4194304 155892096 swap # (Cyl. 152238*- 156334*)
 d: 160086400 0 unused 0 0 # (Cyl. 0 - 156334*)
root:/root

so obviously my swapspace is stored at the end of the disk!

Thank you for refreshing my memory.

Kind regards
