I was asked to repeat that tests to check the variance.
For no-ssp world the build time was 5804 seconds this time.
For the ssp world *without* -V USE_SSP=yes, it took 5812 seconds.
This is slightly different from the original test, but it makes the
numbers more comparable by ensuring that everything uses the same
compiler options.
