Yes, 'design cap' is supposed to be the maximum capacity. The legacy  
battery driver sets it to 100 because the code I recycled from the  
old driver is rather weird and returns a percentage. The sensor  
exists only because when I wrote those drivers the ACPI battery  
driver had one too ( no idea if it still does )
I didn't get around to try the new patch yet, the previous one works  
fine here ( 1st generation 12 " iBook G4 )
