I am not sure if this is right, but it seems to contain sets.

According to he and some bug reports, it is supposed to reach as far as
this:
rnd: entropy estimate 0 bits
rnd: asking source callout for 512 bytes
rnd: cpu0 attached as an entropy source (collecting)
(hang, see PR 45080 for info)
flxd tested things work on a pmax (R2k), that is pretty far back.
So that part is covered.
