Re: NetBSD on DECsystem 5000/240



Hi,

I guess  this seems  to have something to do with how I'm doing the
"dd-ing" of the diskimage installer on an installer disk. dd-ing the
netbsd installer from Ultrix directly to the "entire disk" does work
with NetBSD-10.0RC3 but not with 9.2 and 9.3. (or even 10.0RC4). Doing
the dd while running NetBSD, after creating a valid disklabel seems to
do the trick. I guess this is mentioned in the installation guide.
