boot NetBSD using u-boot

I'd like to port NetBSD on the mpc8540eval board,
which has u-boot on it.  My understanding is that
u-boot needs the stage 2 NetBSD loader to boot NetBSD.
 Where do I obtain this loader, and are there any
documentation for it?  Could someone share any
experience that you had in the past in using u-boot to
boot NetBSD?
