Note that on most of the powerpc ports that use PCI_NETBSD_CONFIGURE we skip
configuring any and all VGA devices. Many of them don't like to be configured
like that. If you need access to the BARs, you can try turning that
configuration on in ibmnws_pci_conf_hook().
If thats really a pnozz(P9100) in there, you could probably make a pnozz_pci
framebuffer driver for it based on the sparc one.
