The (not yet existing) equivalent of various asm functions like
sparc64_ipi_save_fpstate or sparc64_ipi_drop_fpstate.

But on the other hand I am not sure we are ever going to make this change --
so a minimalistic solution might be ok.

In that case, however, we should  only have xc_send_ipi() left, and
completely remove sparc64_generic_xcall and sparc64_ipi_ccall.
