Please send it to me off list (or a link). Preferably as binary
trace (tcpdump -w).

connecting twice sounds fishy.

This means the peer is trying to establish a session with us, but we believe
the session is still active.

> pppoe: received PADO but could not find request for it

Receiving offers when we did not ask is usually a sign for malicious others
on the network trying to hack us, but let's see what the packet traces say.
