My two daily macOS bulk builders bootstrap every single build, and
obviously are working fine, but I know that the Catalina one is using
an older XCode compared to the schmonz issue.

For reference they are:

 10.14.6 builds: Apple LLVM version 10.0.1 (clang-1001.0.46.4)
 10.15.6 builds: Apple clang version 11.0.3 (clang-1103.0.32.29)
