Yes :-) It is also inconsistent with the rest of make.
It would be consistent for ".export" (with no args) to delete everything,
but that is likely to break things!

Adding ".unexport" and ".unexportall" might be safest.

Whether you add a : depends on whether you think and older make
should ignore the request or error it.
