I know nothing about writing NetBSD kernel modules so I'll just post
the methods used on Linux:
\_SB.PCI0.PEG1.GFX0._OFF - for shutting Nvidia card down
\_SB.PCI0.PEG1.GFX0._ON - for turning it on before suspend.
