Definitively.
If you want static IPv4 but autoconfigured IPv6, then use:
ip6mode="autohost"
dhcpcd="yes" dhcpcd_flags="-6"
(and no defaultroute6), and for the stanadard case of everything
autoconfigured:
ip6mode="autohost"
dhcpcd="yes"
