That worked, the DESQA is now reported as:
qt0 at uba0 csr 174440 vec 764 ipl 17
qt0: delqa-plus in Turbo mode, hardware address 08:00:2b:18:a9:9a
and the kernel now boots and works normally. Next step is to try a
native kernel build to give it some work to do :)
