Build fails for net/rtorrent, pkgtools/pkgdep

Hello,

   I just updated pkgsrc (-current) from CVS, and rebuilt some of my
packages, but I've run into two build problems:

pkgtools/pkgdep:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables sigc_CFLAGS
and sigc_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
