No.  Cisco's IOS does not support SSHv2
which is what is being discussed.

Beyond that, from what I've seen, the 
IETF doesn't respect any political
boundaries with regards to crypto
strengths permitted or denied by any
governing body, nor by any vendor.  
Let's not revisit that argument here.
